U.S. network MTV officially announced on Tuesday that its popular reality television show, Jersey Shore will shoot in Italy this spring 2011. The production starts in mid-April and staying for two months there.

The reality show season 3 ends on March 24, 2011. An exciting season full of so many happenings to the house and stars. The cast includes Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Paul "DJ Pauly D" Delvecchio, Jenni "JWOWW" Farley, Vinnie Guadagnino, Ronnie Magro, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola and others.
"While the stateside 'Jersey Shore' locales have become iconic for our audience it's really the constantly evolving dynamic amongst the cast that keeps them coming back each season and Europe is a fresh spin on a show that continues to reach new heights for us," said Chris Linn, Executive Vice President of Programing and Head of Production for MTV.
